Common questions
The POS page is blank after install
Check that FluentCart is installed and active, then hard-refresh the POS page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R). eStorePOS requires FluentCart to run.
My receipt printer isn’t printing
eStorePOS prints through the browser’s print dialog. Check your printer is selected there, paper width matches your receipt settings (58/80mm), and enable “Auto-print on sale” in Settings → Receipt if you want printing without the dialog.
Does eStorePOS work without FluentCart?
No. FluentCart (free) is required — eStorePOS adds the in-store register on top of it.
Do I need a payment gateway?
No. Cash and card-via-your-bank-terminal work out of the box.
Does it work on tablets and phones?
Yes — the POS is fully responsive; any modern browser works.
Where do POS orders go?
Straight into FluentCart as normal orders, tagged as POS sales.
